Happy Christmas Everyone

The last few months have flown since opening

the sew room

and here we are at

Christmas .

Taking a few days off to celebrate Christmas with family and will be reorganising the shop

opening again on Thursday

apologies for not being good at taking pics of what has been happening ,

and being lax  with the blogging -- not enough hours in the day just now ,

but here are one or two ----

Well they do say

Time flies when you're having fun !!!!

Yes it has been fun and nose to the grindstone, keeping up to speed on all things shop !!!!

However managed to take some time out on Sunday

to pop to

The Papeterie for a day of workshops with

Andy Skinner

and lunch with friends , Kath, ALison , Erika, Mary

and the manageress with the mostest --- Charlotte !!

Here at

The Sew Room

there have been lots of workshops , Birthday Parties and new stock

(will take pics of new stock  tomprrow)

The Christmas decs Workshop is being repeated next Tuesday

WILL   post more often and keep you informed wat is happening----

Annie Sloan Paint workshop at the sew room ---

A super evening hosted and tutored by Moira (Rustiques )

who reminded me to take photos !!!!!

a comprehensive workshop covering lots  of

Annie's Paint Applications

It's so versatile and IS so easy to use !!!

And the finshed results are fantastic.

And I can confirm ----

it is really easy and quick to clean the brushes with water --lol!!!!

Another early finish .......

Todays cushion workshop ran well on time ,

so much so we too started an extra project ---

just as the girls did last Thursday...

Christmas hearts were the order of the day .

Kits for these will be available instore ----

along with pictures ---

sack the photographer ---

no cushions or hearts to be seen !!!!

just coffee and chatter when mission accomplished !

Having said that --

in the middle of the table are the Victorian Christmas Decorations.

Linda will be hosting this workshop

Little Super Stars !!!

The workshop today with the girls was fabulous .

They all worked really well and finished ahead of time ---

so we started another project , making use of what they learned

Well done girls !!!

All their finished cushions packed to take home .

Next Thursday is a Treat Bucket Workshop for Halloween
